We offer free shipping on all online orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout (and will be free where applicable).
Processing & handling time
Because much of our lumber is cut to order, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email, and tracking information once your order is on its way.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available at our shop: 6711 Sands Road, Unit D, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM, Sat 8:30 AM–3:30 PM.
