This pack gives you two bowl blanks cut 2 inches thick, which is a handy size for small to medium bowls, lidded boxes, or thick-walled cups.

The wood is hard and dense with a tight, even grain. It turns clean and takes a smooth cut, so the surface comes off the tool looking almost polished. The color alone makes it a favorite for show pieces, gift bowls, and bright accent work on the lathe.
