White Wenge Lumber Board – 3/4″ x 6″

White Wenge grows in the same African forests as the darker Wenge most folks know, but the wood comes out a soft pale tan instead of near black. It is a heavy, hard wood with a straight, even grain and a tight, neat texture.

This board measures 3/4 inch thick by 6 inch wide. You get one piece. The light color makes it a nice change from the dark woods, and it pairs well with both pale and rich tones in a build. It cuts and planes clean, glues up tight, and sands down to a smooth surface that takes oil or film finish well.
