Purpleheart Turning Blank Squares – 1.5″ x 1.5″

If you only know maple, Purpleheart will surprise you. It is much harder and much heavier, and it does something maple never will. The fresh-cut wood turns from brown to a deep purple as the air hits it. These turning blank squares give you that color in a small, easy size to work with.

Each blank measures 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches square. That size is a good fit for pen blanks, small bowl blanks, knobs, bottle stoppers, and short spindle turning.
