Fresh-cut Osage Orange shows off a bold, bright yellow that almost glows. This is one of the most colorful woods you can put on your bench. Over time the yellow shifts to a warm amber and then a rich golden brown, so the look keeps changing as the years go by.
These boards are milled to 3/4″ thick and 4″ wide. Osage Orange is very dense and very hard, which makes it heavy and strong. The grain runs tight and even, and the surface takes a smooth, almost waxy shine once you sand and finish it. It is one of the toughest woods grown in North America.
- Size 3/4″ thick by 4″ wide
- One Osage Orange lumber board per order
