Zebrawood shows bold dark stripes over a pale background. Purpleheart starts brown and turns a deep purple as it sees air and light. Padauk is a warm red orange that woodworkers love. Okoume is soft, light, and easy to cut. Putting them side by side helps you feel how each one works and looks before you buy a full board.
