Walnut is one of the few woods in North America that grows a deep brown color all on its own, with no stain needed. This pack gives you burled and highly figured walnut, so each blank shows wild swirls, knots, and curl that plain walnut does not have. No two pieces look the same.

Each blank is cut to a true 3/4″ x 3/4″ x 6″ and you get 5 pieces in the pack. That size is made for pen turning, but it also works for bottle stoppers, small knife scales, game calls, and other tiny turned parts. The wood is hard enough to hold fine detail and it sands to a smooth, glassy feel.
